The multi-award winning Terrace Restaurant is Country Club Tasmania's signature restaurant, featuring an innovative, modern dining experience using the freshest Tasmanian produce. The menu derives influences from Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East with style influenced by modern fusion and molecular gastronomy. Experimentation with flavours, temperatures and textures, as well as unorthodox cooking techniques completes the food experience.
A range of dining options are available at the Terrace from a la carte through an innovative degustation dinner program (offered every Saturday evening) to special events and wine dinners.
Awarded the AHA/RCA Fine Dining Award 2006 & 2007 plus the Tasmanian Tourism Award for Tourism Restaurant 2007.
